Does the job!
It’s a guide book like any other guide book. Informative. One of 3 I bought for the area.
Very Useful
The book is well laid out in areas and has suggestions for places to visit for sightseeing, eating, places to stay etc. Explains the currency and local customs such as tipping etc .
Rip Off Rough Guide
Rough Guides have usually been a great compromise between Lonely Planet and Fodors. This new New England guide is glaringly a terrible extract of some larger USA guide - every map bar one is of the USA, not New England, with irrelevant information, no maps of the individual states, so many sights left out. no evidence that this really is a 2022 update. I wont buy any more Rough Guides !
